How can I review an EPC file and/or make an appointment to review any EPC files?
To generally search for any EPC public record (see Chp. 119, Florida Statutes) regarding a piece of property or if you want view all records regarding a certain project, permit, or other agency action, contact the EPC Legal Department at (813) 627-2600 (write or e-mail) and they will forward the search to all regulatory divisions and Legal will provide a coordinated response.

If you want to review a specific file and you know what EPC division it is in, call the secretary in the specific Division. To get a better understanding of an environmental issue or a piece of property’s history, it may be necessary to review files in two or more divisions or multiple governments (EPC, DEP, Hillsborough County, US EPA, Tampa Port Authority, SWFWMD, City of Tampa, US Army Corps, etc).
