*EPC Special Meeting - August 4, 2010
The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) will conduct a Special Board Meeting at 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday August 4, 2010, during the regularly scheduled Hillsborough County BOCC meeting. The meeting will take place at the BOCC Boardroom, County Center – 2nd Floor, 601 E. Kennedy, Blvd., Tampa, Florida. The EPC may take action on the following item and related matters:

Approve for EPC to proceed with the Energy Management and Sustainability E3 Fall Forum on Friday September 17, 2010 and authorize Dr. Garrity, Executive Director, to negotiate and execute a contract(s) with the Straz Center for the Performing Arts and other individuals or organizations associated with hosting the same; B) Authorize the collection of fees associated with the forum including registrations and other revenue; C) Authorize advance payments to the Straz Center for the Performing Arts and other individuals or organizations associated with hosting the E3 Fall Forum, subject to the Clerk of Circuit Court's approval, if necessary.
