NOTICE OF SPECIAL EPC MEETING

Date & Time:  April 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter

Location:  County Center, BOCC Board Room, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd, 2nd Floor, Tampa, FL

Topic:  The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) will conduct a Special Meeting of the EPC to direct staff to not arbitrate Tampa Bay Water's application for a Water Use Permit for the South Hillsborough Production Well.  This production well is proposed to provide a short-term solution to bring additional water (2.3 million gallons per day) to the South Hillsborough County potable water service area for the benefit of South County residents.
