On Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) staff will conduct a public workshop regarding proposed rule revisions to Chapter 1-2, Rules of the EPC. The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to clarify and update existing procedures regarding electronic filing of administrative appeals, grounds for denial, adopting judicial rules, and administrative review of final agency action.
The workshop will be held via virtual communications technology. Should you have questions about registering for the workshop, please send an email to epcinfo@epchc.org on or before April 28, 2023. Written comments may be submitted to epcinfo@epchc.org for consideration by May 8, 2023 if you are unable to attend a session or have comments or concerns you wish to submit. EPC Rules only become final after a public hearing conducted by the Commission, which will be held on May 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
The signup form to speak during the public portion of the May 18th meeting opens 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting and closes one hour prior.
