The staff of the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) invite you to attend a rule workshop on Wednesday, March 7th at 6:00 P.M. hosted at the Roger P. Stewart Center, 3629 Queen Palm Drive in Sabal Park. The purpose of this workshop will be to take comments on a draft rule to revise EPC’s Chapter 1-6 Service Fees Schedule, which the last comprehensive revision of this rule was in 2003.
During the workshop, staff will present full cost recovery estimates and draft rule language. Please see the draft proposed Chapter 1-6 Fee Schedule Rule, for consideration. The final public hearing to approve the rule revisions will be March 22, 2018 at 9 a.m. at the EPC Commission meeting at County Center 2nd Floor, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, Florida.
There is no registration required for the workshop and we have ample parking at our office. Once you arrive, simply check in with our receptionist in the front lobby and we will have someone direct you from there. Feel free to direct your questions to epcinfo@epchc.org in the interim.
Additionally, suggested changes or comments on Chapter 1-6 (EPC Fee Rule) must be sent on or before March 13, 2018 to epcinfo@epchc.org.
